Elevate your bathroom with the Anna double washbasin, carved from exceptional travertine. At TALKA, we are the only ones on the market to offer premium travertine washbasins.
The Anna double washbasin establishes itself as the centrepiece of any bathroom. Its straight lines and delicately rounded edges give it a clean geometry, both sculptural and fully functional.
Available in Beige Travertine for warm, luminous tones, or Pink Travertine for a softer, more poetic atmosphere with powdery and terracotta hues.
Each washbasin is made in Turkey by artisans specialised in natural stone. We select every block to ensure flawless veining, colour consistency and uncompromising quality. Each piece is then treated with our waterproofing solution, specially formulated to meet the demands of the hospitality sector : hotels, spas, and high-end restaurants.
Travertine is a dense natural stone, resistant to impact and humidity. Properly maintained, it improves with time and retains all its character.
Marseille soap and a soft cloth for everyday cleaning. Avoid all acidic products. Apply a waterproofing treatment regularly to preserve the stone's appearance.
The Anna double washbasin is also available in marble, with Calacatta and Rosso Levanto.
What is travertine ?
Travertine is a natural stone that has been used since Antiquity for its strength and durability. Well suited to humid environments, it is water-resistant and ideal for everyday use. At TALKA, we offer beige and pink travertine, two natural and timeless shades. Very popular in the 1970s, travertine is now making a strong comeback in interior design.
The quality of TALKA travertine
We select high-quality travertine that is low-porosity with uniform veining. Each piece is carefully crafted, treated, and protected to provide a smooth surface that is moisture-resistant and easy to maintain.
As travertine is a natural stone, each piece is unique and may feature slight variations in colour and veining.
Each sink is sealed with a food-safe approved waterproofing product. Like all natural materials (such as solid wood), care should be taken with acidic products (alcohol, vinegar, lemon, red wine, etc.), which may cause staining over time if not cleaned promptly.
To clean your travertine sink, use a mild soap (such as Marseille soap) and a damp cloth. We recommend the products from the Act of Caring brand, available on our website: the wax, the spray, or the complete wax & spray kit for optimal care of your furniture.
