What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times vary depending on your location.

If the products are in stock:

  • In the Paris region , delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks .
  • In the provinces , delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks .
  • For Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg , delivery is guaranteed within 2 to 3 weeks .

If the products are not in stock:

You can check their availability by consulting the product page of the item you wish to purchase.

For custom products, delivery times are estimated at 2 to 3 months regardless of your location.

Can I choose my delivery day?

Yes, absolutely. Our carrier will contact you once the order has been shipped, and together you can agree on a delivery date that suits you.

How do I track my order?

If you are located outside Ile de France:

For sinks and decorative items (when purchased separately), we can send you a UPS tracking link upon request via email or WhatsApp.

For tables, consoles, cubes, and columns, tracking is available upon request. Simply contact us by email at bonjour@talkadecor.fr or via WhatsApp, and we'll quickly provide you with all the information you need about the status of your delivery.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us via our email address bonjour@talkadecor.fr with photos of the damaged item. We will then take care of its replacement or compensation, if necessary, with our transport team. If you notice damage to your item, you will need to make a reservation in the presence of the delivery person, which will then allow us to conduct an investigation with the transport company.

How do I make a return?

You have 14 days after receipt to return a product. Please contact us at bonjour@talkadecor.fr The product must be repackaged in its original box. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, the amount of the return costs is equivalent to the amount of the delivery costs.

How does reimbursement work?

Once the product is received, we will issue a refund which will be effective within 5 to 10 days.
