Why choose TALKA Beige travertine

Warm and luminous. Its beige and golden tones bring light into a space without imposing. This is a stone that creates atmosphere. Used in architecture since Antiquity, travertine withstands humidity and daily use without deteriorating. It works in a living room, dining room, bedroom or bathroom. Alongside wood, linen, brass or concrete, it always finds its place.

What you should know about Beige travertine

Travertine is a sedimentary limestone, formed naturally by mineral-rich spring waters. Its cream colour with golden undertones is entirely natural : no pigments, no colour treatment.

TALKA Beige travertine has a matte, smooth finish. The pores are filled for an even, consistent surface. Each piece remains unique: the natural variations in veining are part of what makes the stone what it is.

How to use Beige travertine in your home

  • In the living room : A Beige travertine coffee table establishes itself as a natural focal point. Its tone sits easily with neutral palettes, pale wood and natural textiles. It needs no styling to hold its own.
  • In the dining room : Our Beige travertine dining tables are available in several formats and shapes: oblong, round, oval. All can be made to measure.
  • In the bathroom : Our Beige travertine basins are carved from a single block of natural stone. The interior is slightly inclined for easy drainage. A travertine basin is understated, solid, and ages beautifully.

Care & maintenance

All our pieces are delivered pre-treated with a food-safe sealant.

Day to day, a soft cloth with a pH-neutral soap is all you need. Avoid acidic products (vinegar, lemon, bleac) which gradually damage the stone.

For long-term care, we recommend the Act of Caring range, available on our website.
