A large premium natural stone desk
The Connor desk (240 × 75 cm) is crafted from beige travertine, a natural stone with warm tones and soft veining, carved from a single slab with no joints. With its 2.4-meter top, it makes a strong statement in a large room or shared workspace and comfortably accommodates two people side by side. It features an integrated cable management hole for a clean, wire-free setup.

What is travertine ?
Travertine is a natural stone used since ancient times for its strength and durability. Suitable for humid environments, it is water-resistant and ideal for everyday use. At TALKA, we offer beige and pink travertine : two natural, timeless shades. Once highly popular in the 1970s, travertine is now making a strong comeback in interior design.
The quality of TALKA travertine
We select high-quality travertine with low porosity and consistent veining. Each piece is carefully crafted, treated, and protected to ensure a smooth surface that is moisture-resistant and easy to maintain.
As travertine is a natural material, every piece is unique and may feature slight variations in tone or veining.
Our desks are treated with a sealant to withstand everyday use. To clean your desk, use a mild soap (such as Marseille soap) and a damp cloth. Avoid using acidic products such as vinegar, lemon, or alcohol. In case of spills, clean immediately to prevent staining. We also recommend using coasters.

Delivery in Île-de-France
- White-glove delivery by the TALKA team to your floor and room of choice, including for dining tables.
- Delivery appointment scheduled by phone. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM. Alternative time slots available upon request.

- Delivery handled by a specialist carrier for bulky furniture. Curbside delivery only.

Delivery to Switzerland
- When a Swiss address is entered in the cart, French VAT is automatically deducted: the displayed price becomes tax-exclusive.
